Directions:
HealthOne Emergency Care Pearland is located at FM 2234/Shadow Creek Parkway, between Highway 288 and Business Center Drive. It is on the south side of the street. (FM 2234 is south of Beltway 8 and north of FM 518.)

From south of FM 2234:
From Highway 288, head north on the highway (toward Houston). Exit at FM 2234/Shadow Creek Parkway. Make a left on 2234 (heading west). HealthOne Emergency Care is on the left before Business Center Drive.

From north of FM 2234:
From Highway 288, head south on the highway (away from Houston). Exit at FM 2234/Shadow Creek Parkway. Make a right on 2234 (heading west). HealthOne Emergency Care is on the left before Business Center Drive.

* Important note: FM 521 and Old Airline Road intersect at FM 2234, west of HealthOne Emergency Care. If coming from west of Highway 288, these roads may provide a faster route.

Directions:
HealthOne Emergency Care is located at the corner of Nations Drive and Fairmont Parkway, less than a mile east of Beltway 8. It is on the east side of Nations Drive. (Nations Drive is between Beltway 8 and Space Center Boulevard.)

From west of the center:
If you’re closer to Beltway 8, take it northeast to the Fairmont Parkway exit. Exit on the feeder road and make a right turn on Fairmont Parkway. Turn right on Nations Drive, which is at the stoplight. HealthOne Emergency Care is on the left.

If you’re closer to Fairmont Parkway, go east, past Beltway 8. Turn right on Nations Drive, which is at the stoplight. HealthOne Emergency Care is on the left.

From south of the center:
Take Space Center Boulevard north to Fairmont Parkway. Turn left on Fairmont Parkway. Turn left at the next stoplight, which is Nations Drive. HealthOne Emergency Care is on the left.

From east of the center:
From Fairmont Parkway, head west towards Beltway 8 and Interstate 45. Turn left at the first stoplight, which is Nations Drive. HealthOne Emergency Care is on the left.

From north of the center:
If you’re closer to Beltway 8, take it south to the Fairmont Parkway exit. Turn left on Fairmont (heading east). Turn right at the first stoplight, which is Nations Drive. HealthOne Emergency Care in on the left.

If you’re closer to Space Center Boulevard, take it south to Fairmont Parkway. Turn right on Fairmont (heading west). Turn left at first stoplight, which is Nations Drive. HalthOne Emergency Care in on the left.

HealthOne Express Care Kingwood is located at 22999 US Hwy 59 North, between Kingwood Drive and Hamblen Road. It is on the west side of US Hwy 59 and on the south end of the Kingwood Medical Center campus.

From south of Kingwood:
Head north on US Hwy 59 (away from Houston). Exit Kingwood Drive and U-turn (left) under US Hwy 59. Now heading south on the frontage road, turn right into the third driveway for Kingwood Medical Center. HealthOne Express Care Kingwood is approximately 100 yards from the driveway, just slightly to the right.

From north of Kingwood:
Head south on US Hwy 59 (toward Houston). Exit Kingwood Drive and continue through the light. Turn right into the third driveway for Kingwood Medical Center. HealthOne Express Care Kingwood is approximately 100 yards from the driveway, just slightly to the right.

Turn left onto Emmett F Lowry Expressway/ FM 1764 E
Turn left at the third entrance
